Easter

The days have gained more bright hours, it is still cold, but you can feel the warmth of the sun when it peeks out. It's nice to gather around a bonfire, smell the smoke, and eat oranges in the sunshine. It's good to have time for long dinners or long days on skis. In Røros and Østerdalen, we are fortunate to have 600 km of groomed cross-country ski trails, but Easter often brings crusty snow as well, and then you can go wherever you want. Here you can find great activities with children during Easter in Røros, in Østerdalen, or just across the border to Sweden - where we have a paradise for those who like downhill skiing, snowmobiling, and spas.
