About

Sti AS is a conceptual gem in Røros with accommodation, guiding, a trail bike workshop and the city's smallest outdoor shop in one. For mountain bikers and other mountain people. Based in an authentic and preserved building in the center of Røros.

Customized guiding to the legendary Røros flow

Go on a flowy mountain bike tour without spending time thinking about direction and crossroad choices. Røros is known for more than 1,000 km of natural single tracks that are easily accessed without a shuttle and rarely require push bike. Your guides Jostein and Maren are NMIG-certified mountain bike guides at level two and one. We customize experiences on request which are tailor made the group, level and weather conditions. We like to seek both the classic and atypical terrain within trail cycling on Røros and know the best way to get there. Weather you are looking for the best possible flow including good breaks with coffee and a cold swim, or harder workouts, we will plan the right day for you.

Own bike vs rental

Guiding is suitable for 1- 8 people, who have their own mountain bike. If needed two high-end bikes are available for rental if you book guiding through us.

Pedal power in nature reserve

We pedal on analogue mountain bikes and are passionate about getting around with our own power. We know every single track and how to connect them. We keep track of the conditions in the terrain caused by weather and other users. Be aware that one of the most popular and well-known areas for biking is a nature reserve where e-bikes are not allowed.

Book accommodation and guiding together

Get in touch for an offer with accommodation and guiding in one. Borgstuggu Bed n Bike is a unique base and accommodation for biking weekend in Røros. The mtb workshop and shop are next door, here you will get your bike fixed or buy something smart for the trip.
