About

Røros Guide offers guided tours in the Røros area. We have walking tours, cycle excursions and bike hire. Our aim is that you, the customer, should have a good and a safe experience. We can achieve this because all our guides have local knowledge – and know about the best places to visit here in Røros. Vi cater for every level of ability and ambition, and offer everything from short daytrips to weekend excursions.

Hiking

If you are after a gentle stroll in the forest or mountains, with lunch and coffee around the bonfire, then this is for you! We have walks which are close to Røros town centre and others out in the country at Femundsåsen /Flensmarka.

Cycling

Røros is a mecca for cycle enthusiasts! We have a huge network of cycle paths to suit both families and keen off-road cyclists. Your guide knows all the best places and will tailor your tour to suit your individual wishes.

Bikerental

We have mountainbikes with full suspension, and ordinary mountain bikes for hire.

Cross country ski rental

We have received brand new Atomic skin skis, shoes in most sizes and of course poles! With skin skis, you are almost guaranteed a good grip and good gliding. Our bindings are adjustable for better grip. The skis are prepared before each rental. We also have warm suits and shoe bags for hire, but these are not suitable for skiing.
