Røros Pride is intended to be an inclusive celebration of diversity in the local community and aims to be a unifying event that works towards changing attitudes through awareness, cultural activities, and social initiatives.

The event takes place during the last week of May each year and is powered by volunteers from Røros and the surrounding region. Røros Pride is affiliated with the FRI Association and is part of the Trøndelag rainbow family.
