Vingelsgaard Gjestgiveri

About

Welcome to Vingelsgaard Guesthouse!
We are located in the oldest part of the mountain village of Vingelen, at 730 meters above sea level.

We offer 10 rooms with up to 20 made-up beds. All rooms have hot/cold water, with shared toilets and showers in the hallway. Large and cozy lounge with fireplace. Breakfast and dinner are served upon request. We use homemade baked goods and our own ingredients, based on sheep farming on the farm.

Vingelen was recently designated as a national park village in connection with Forollhogna National Park. We offer great hiking opportunities both in summer and winter. In winter, we maintain an extensive network of ski trails. Snow often comes early, making the area suitable for ski training camps. Horse-drawn sleigh rides can be arranged.

In summer, there are biking trails to follow, and we also offer bike rental. Family-friendly. Several marked hiking trails. Farm visits can be arranged upon request.

We have a new, modern meeting room with full facilities. Suitable for groups of up to 20 people.

Vingelen is located in Tolga municipality, between Tynset and Røros. From the south, turn off from Highway RV30 after Kvennan Camping, or about 5 km north of Tolga center if coming from the north. Follow the signs to Vingelen/Vingelsgaard.

Open all year by appointment.
