The exhibitions in the old furnace building give you an idea of the daily work in connection with the Røros Copper Company. The scale models tell the story of the mines, furnaces, and devices that were used. The exhibition comes to life, thanks to the use of water-powered shovel wheels, light, and sound effects. Children are often fascinated by the scale models and will want their parents to stay longer, so that they may witness the smelting and casting of copper.
