About

11-day guided trekking tour through the unspoilt and varied mountain landscape of Nord-Østerdalen. None of the tour legs are alike.

The wilderness trek alternates between tougher passages and more gentle stretches. In the evenings we set up simple camps in the open air. We draw drinking water from streams and cook over a campfire.

Leisurely breaks and a rest day during the tour invite you to sink deeper into silence or let your curiosity lead you to discover more. Living in the great outdoors, possible encounters with animals and additional activities around nature awareness and animal tracking allow us to experience nature at its most intense.

"change wild!' organises wilderness camps and nature retreats for individuals, groups and companies. The programs focus on training wilderness living skills, on fostering our natural relations and aim to fulfil our human potential.

"change wild!' also organises guided wilderness trips on foot, on skis and in canoes. The trips provide a safe space for deep nature experiences.

The programs are generally aimed at adults, some of them are also suitable for young people accompanied by an adult.
