Experience the beauty of the Norwegian mountains at Hemrabben, an easy and universally accessible trail through open mountain scenery, offering beautiful views across Tylldalsbygda and the surrounding mountains.

The walk starts at Brønnåmyra, 835 metres above sea level, and follows a gentle 1.5 km trail to the viewpoint at 857 metres. With only 22 metres of elevation gain, a firm and even gravel surface and a generous trail width, the route is suitable for everyone – including wheelchair users, people with walkers and families with prams.

Along the way, you can take a break on one of the benches or relax in the shelter at Hemrabben. Bring a packed lunch and enjoy it surrounded by mountain scenery, or light a fire in the fire pan and make the most of your time outdoors.

From the viewpoint, the landscape opens up to magnificent views of both nearby and distant mountain ranges. When conditions are right, you may even see paragliders taking off from Hemrabben.
