About

The Human-Nature Quest is a 7-day journey of self-discovery in the Norwegian wilderness. It invites you to step away from everyday life, reconnect with nature and explore what truly matters for you. Guided by two experienced mentors, we combine nature-based transformational practices, silence and reflection with the simple realities of living outdoors as a small group. We sleep under weatherproof tarps, collect water and firewood, cook over an open fire and move between temporary camps. Away from everyday routines and distractions, nature becomes both our living environment and a mirror for personal discovery.

At the heart of the journey are two questions:

· Who am I?

· And what is my gift to the world?

The retreat offers space to reconnect with yourself, others and nature, and gain new perspectives. So you can return to everyday life with greater clarity, renewed energy and trust in your own path.

At ChangeWild, we create and facilitate transformative outdoor courses – nature retreats and wilderness camps – that help people reconnect. With nature, with themselves, and with what really matters. Our courses intentionally combine living in the wilds with personal development. Not to give you all the answers, but to create a space where something new can emerge
