Fjällnäs Est 1882 - Restaurant

About

At Fjällnäs the food is made thoughtfully, accuracies and at last but not least by interest. We do not have any spesific style or focus, instead we simply let the commodities, the rural districts affluent culture and history inpspire us to create our menues – during all our seasons. You can choose between a three course dinner, Fjällnäs Dinnermenu or Fjällnäs Tasting Menu, book in advance. Fjällnäs Tasting Menu is a unic composition in eight acts for those who want to enjoy the best tasting experince from the region.

Fjällnäs focuses on memorable gastronomic experiences for its guests. In April 2024, they won the gold prize in the ‘Star Wine List of the Year Sweden’ in the Best Medium-Sized List category. Star Wine List is the guide to the world´s best wine bars and restaurants.

The wines are selected with great care and among the different types of beers, we have choosen the best from the local area.
